CNC MILLING
Our CNC Milling capabilities include 3 axis, 4 axis, & multi-pallet operations. Multi-pallet machines are able to run non stop production. We have 13 CNC Milling machines. Manual mills are also available for low quantities and special operations.
CNC TURNING
Our CNC lathes include bar feeders, live tooling, sub-spindles, and parts catchers to improve production quality and capabilities. We have 5 CNC Turning machines. Manual lathes are also available for low quantities and special operations.

MULTI-AXIS
State of the art new 9 axis DMG-Mori NTX-1000 2nd generation machine capable of producing finished turned and milled parts in 1 operation.

QUALITY CONTROL
Our quality department is highlighted by our Mitutoyo CMM inspection system. All our parts are first article inspected and monitored throughout the complete manufacturing process to insure a quality machine shop product.

QUALITY: Valuable time and money is lost when you reject parts at incoming inspection. First article inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection by QC are just some of the tools we use at our machine shop to insure the same high quality in every batch of parts.

CALIBRATION SYSTEM: All of our measurement equipment is calibrated against NIST traceable standards.

ABOUT
Unitron Precision Machining was founded in 1978 as a small family business. It's birthplace was a modest facility of 3,000 square feet in Orlando, Florida. Having outgrown this small building we moved into a larger quarters and have increased the size of our facility to 12,000 square feet. We are located in Apopka, at the north west border of Orlando. We serve Central Florida including Apopka, Orlando, Orange County, Lake County, Seminole County, and beyond. This increase in growth also increased our experience through a larger, more experienced staff of professionals. Our primary machining departments consist of precision CNC milling and turning, and manual milling and turning. All of our machined products are carefully monitored by the skilled technicians in our Quality Control Department. Unitron Precision Machining places a strong emphasis on "EXCELLENCE THROUGH QUALITY."
